How many emails can I send with Emerge?
Emerge primarily uses your Gmail quota to send emails and hence is limited by the quota imposed by Gmail unless you are using SMTP to send emails. To help prevent spam and keep accounts safe, Gmail limits the number of emails you can send or get per day, and the number of people you can add as recipients:
- G Suite accounts have a limit of 1,500 recipients per 24h
- Gmail accounts (@gmail.com) have a limit of 100 recipients 24h
Your Emerge quota varies depending on the type of your Google account (G Suite or Gmail) and your plan (Basic or Pro or Marketer)
Note
If you are on the Marketer plan and have enabled and configured SMTP, then the Gmails daily quota would not apply. When using an SMTP service to send emails, you may be limited by the quota / pay-per-use plan of your email service provider.

For G Suite owners with multiple accounts, the quota described above applies to each account. For example, if you have a 10 users license, you can send 10 times 1500 emails per 24h
When does my email quota renew?
Your quota is reset 24 hours after the latest campaign.
This 24 hours period works on a rolling basis. So, if you send emails at 2 pm on Monday, your quota will be reset at 2 pm the following Tuesday. Each time you send emails, we double check that you still have enough quota. If you are trying to send more emails than available, a warning will be shown and your emails will not be sent.The quota renewal has been implemented since Google might reduce your sending capacity depending on the amount of emails recently sent and others parameters (freshness of your account, etc.). By resetting your quota 24 hours after your latest campaign, you are safe to send as much emails as possible
